These are curved bars for the Kuhn Gladiator Baskets.
This kit will have enough bars to cover a 12 row machine with half chains and half bars so 60 bars and 120 tabs. If you want more or less send me a text at (13615509101) and I will get you a custom quote.
Made from 3/8 flat bar and 1/4 tabs.
These are less than a replacement chain and will last way longer.
Their are 10 per basket but you can choose to do 5 bars and 5 chains to help resist plugging in less then ideal conditions
This Kit is completely diy and will require a welding machine and a little time. Included is 2 3d printed tacking jig made from plastic that can handle up to 450F. This jig is made for small tacks on each side of the tab.
